These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Wind Water Atelier website, relationship chart, reports, consultations, communications, and related services. By using the website or services, you acknowledge these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Nature of services
Wind Water Atelier provides Feng Shui, Four Pillars (BaZi), Chinese astrology, and related educational and consultation services. These are traditional interpretive practices offered for personal insight, reflection, and planning. They are not exact sciences and do not guarantee any particular result.
The Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms and explains important limitations on the services.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use all content and recommendations responsibly. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, property, safety, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, leases, association rules, building codes, and professional requirements.
You may not use the website or services for an unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with their operation; misrepresent your identity; copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission; or use a report to harass, discriminate against, or make decisions for another person without appropriate authority.
Consultations, scope, and payment
The scope, timing, fees, deliverables, and any rescheduling or cancellation terms for a paid consultation will be communicated before work begins and may be confirmed separately in writing. A consultation is not considered booked until Wind Water Atelier confirms it. You are responsible for reviewing the agreed scope and providing requested information in a timely manner.
Birth information and reports
Four Pillars reports depend on the birth information provided. An unknown or inaccurate birth time, date, location, time zone, or daylight-saving status may affect a result. Reports are interpretive and should be considered alongside lived experience, personal judgment, and qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, reports, graphics, branding, and original materials belong to Wind Water Atelier or are used with permission. Materials supplied to you are for your personal, noncommercial use. You may retain and share your own report privately, but you may not reproduce, resell, publish, modify, or create commercial products from Wind Water Atelier materials without prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including website hosting, scheduling, analytics, maps or location search, communications, and payment tools. Wind Water Atelier does not control third-party availability, security, content, or practices. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
No warranties

Interpretive nature
Feng Shui and Four Pillars may highlight patterns, tendencies, timing, balance, and areas of attention. They are not exact sciences, and different practitioners or traditions may interpret the same information differently. No chart, report, consultation, recommendation, or suggested adjustment can predict or guarantee a particular event, relationship outcome, financial result, health result, or other outcome.
Relationships and personal decisions
No chart can determine whether a relationship will succeed or fail. Relationship reports are intended to encourage understanding and constructive conversation, not to tell anyone whether to begin, continue, or end a relationship. You remain solely responsible for your choices, decisions, and actions.
